No. ShopEpay electronically transfers the amount of your invoice to the repair shop or garage that has invoiced you.

You can make a payment directly on our website by Credit Card or Interac.

You need to contact us as soon as you are aware that you may not be able to make your scheduled payment. You can contact us using the chat feature in your ShopEpay account or email us at info@shopepay.ca

Any loan that you take on can affect your debt to service ratio, however we try to only lend to you an amount that will help you stay within your means.

ShopEpay does register a lien on your vehicle until the loan is paid in full. Your credit line must be paid out prior to you trading in or selling your vehicle.

You may be able to defer a payment or make payment arrangements. Please contact a ShopEpay team member using the chat feature in your account or email us at info@shopepay.ca

A ShopEpay credit line is open ended. You can pay it off at anytime with no penalty.

You need to advise us right away if your insurance information changes. Please upload your new insurance details to your customer account or email to info@shopepay.ca

You can upload new banking information into your customer account or email info@shopepay.ca with the new information.
